It took me a lot to feel worthy enough to publish the kind words and testimonials I received as a first-time solopreneur…

Because as a lifetime trainer, I am used to receiving feedback, I feel it throughout the session, I collect it at the end, and it hits where it needs to hit, good or … constructive.

But as a business, wow, it’s so different!

It’s like I have never done this before, maybe because I haven’t!

🐠 My competencies are running strong cause I sharpen that saw, my charisma is top-notch. When designing and leading a workshop, I feel like a fish in the water!

But then I remember I have to do everything else a business requires, and I feel like a human under the water!

Content, visibility, sales, accounting (feeling overwhelmed already and the list goes much further…), networking, volunteering, fighting with the impostor syndrome, remembering my value, blogging, social media, algorithms, funnels, digesting the information from so many webinars meant to develop me as an entrepreneur...

👷‍♀️ It’s a work in progress, I get it!

So is my refreshed version of services and website that I invite you to discover (in the comm.)!

⚙️ Here's a summary of what I FIX for small and medium companies, with limited access to resources:

 > Hiring that feels like a guessing game

 > New joiners left to “figure it out” on their own

 > Employee engagement that’s more talk than action

 > Performance reviews that check boxes but don’t change much

 > Mindsets that need a shift from "doing the job" to "owning the experience"

 > Missed revenue opportunities because of weak customer interactions

 > Negative reviews that could’ve been avoided with better service

 > Inconsistent service that depends on who's working that day

 > Training that doesn’t stick—or worse, doesn’t happen at all

💜 And I kept a snip of my favorite part for the end:

🔥 "Cristina transformed the way our company trains and develops both employees and collaborators. She didn’t just create training materials—she gave us a system that actually works, making learning practical, engaging, and easy to apply. […]”

Thank you, Ionut Dragomir - Company Owner & Serial Entrepreneur, Short Term Rental Business Consultancy @hostmind.

🔥 "The connection created by Cristina, from the first approach with the company to her interaction with the employees, was incredible! Her flexibility in planning, organizing, and customizing the training to meet the company’s needs made everything easier and faster. […]”
